Vista del Valle  offers homes ranging between 625 and 900 square feet in size. Each home features a storage unit for added convenience, along with thoughtfully designed interiors that include ceiling fans, dishwasher, cable and High Speed Internet Ready, Stove and great views.

Please provide the last 30 days' worth of pay stubs and ensure that the gross income meets the requirement of being 2.5 times the rent.

Yes, rental insurance is required.

Vista del Valle does not participate in affordable housing programs.

We offer leasing terms ranging from 3 months to 13 months. 

Yes! We are offering $500 off the first month's rent on approved credit.

Community Lifestyle

We do host community events for our residents. These events are a great opportunity for neighbors to connect and enjoy the community together.

Yes, our community observes quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.

You can report a noise complaint by contacting the leasing office during business hours or using the emergency/on-call maintenance line after hours if the noise is ongoing.

Our community is smoke-free, and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including inside apartments

Location

Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas. It’s about 5 miles away and roughly a 10-minute drive depending on traffic.

For shopping and dining, Chinatown Plaza and Spring Mountain restaurants are very close and offer a huge variety of Asian food, cafes, dessert spots, and karaoke lounges.

Current Leases & Residency

You can renew your lease by contacting the leasing office before your current lease expiration date

No, subleasing is not permitted by law. 

You do have the option to buy out your lease agreement. The buyout option allows you to end your lease early by providing the required notice and paying the lease termination fee outlined in your lease agreement  

We require a notice of intent to move out at least 60 days in advance.

Maintenance and Requests

You can submit a maintenance request by calling our office or logging into your resident account through our website.

Maintenance issues are addressed as quickly as possible based on the urgency of the request
